Saturday Morning Road Rides. Meet at shop for 2+ hour ride.  Route and distance covered will vary week to week, but generally this is an Intermediate ride covering 45-50 miles. We will stop at Lifetime Fitness to meet with their group. Option to join their ride or continue with us.  Our intermediate group will stop to regroup at various points, but riders should be prepared for a vigorous workout. Average 16-18 mph over 45-50 miles.

Intro to Mountain biking. Designed for the beginner rider, or those curious about the sport. Demo bikes are available; please call the shop ahead of time to reserve a bike. See below for directions to school.

FINS/Secret trail rides meet at Westar School in the community of Estrella.  Take Estrella pkwy south to Westar Drive.  School is on left.  Beginner to Intermediate skill level, depending on ride participants riding experience. Don’t forget your helmet and water.

Mountain Bike Happy Hour. Ride FINS/Secret trail in the community of Estrella. Take Estrella Pkwy south to Elliot; Take a right at signal, Elliot market is red brick building on the right.

Flat/ Basic repair clinic will teach you how to change a tire, and make basic roadside/trailside repairs. We will also cover basic bike maintenance.  Introduction to Triathlon, and Organized rides. . Are you training for your first Triathlon, or Organized ride?  Join us at the shop for a clinic covering equipment, sample training plans, nutrition, and what to expect on race/ride day.
